WP5 aims to select, implement and monitor Safe Clinical Practices (SCPs) in Health Care Organisations (HCOs) of the participating Member States (MS).
Selection criteria will include demonstrated effectiveness, transferability, feasibility, existing implementation tools and patient involvement. HCOs will be selected in each participating MS considering their motivation and experience in the field.
Objectives:
- Implementation of selected SCPs in HCOs of the participating MS.
- Monitoring, supporting and assessment of the implementation process.
- Tested implementation tool box for WP5-selected SCPs.
- Report describing the WP5-selected SCPs’ implementation.
